Clean, safe & wonderful holiday decor but I will not leave a tip anymore for the cleaning staff unless I can personally hand it to them. When I have checked out in the past at this hotel, the front desk staff walk rapidly to my room and leave after in it for one second. They then come back to the front desk & I do believe they are taking my tip that is meant for housekeeping. I have seen this happening at other hotels where the reservations host is putting the cash in their wallet when walking back down the hall.

Very small area and limited breakfast offered and the breakfast area is literally right where everyone checks in. Room was fine and comfortable. No amenities. It was a fine place to sleep for the night but not very updated or much to do but sleep and leave. Pretty expensive for what you get but I attribute the high price to it being in a tourist area near Duluth. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was great, french toast to bacon and egg burritos plus yogurt and cereals ,muffin too and open at 5am . Room updated comfortable mattress and pillows. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

The room was beautiful! Very fresh and modern with gorgeous, comfy beds, large screen TV and nice flooring. Breakfast had a good selection, with yogurt, breakfast burritos, juices, cold and hot cereal and bread and bagels
