Very beautiful hotel. Upscale and classy. The rooms were big, clean and very modern. I highly recommend, even though I have one complaint and that's their menu prices, way overpriced. Other than that it is a nice property and I would stay there again.

Probably the best hotel in Surabaya. The hotel is located in a mall. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic. They also have one of the best spa in Surabaya. Will definitely stay here again!
