Room was in poor condition Linen bedding and towels in poor conditions Pillows very dirt However no hot water in shower Complain but nothing was actioned Breakfast was very basic Staff at reception Umi was extremely helpful in organising our taxi and ferry tickets Overall rating 2 stars

Overall the hotel is a good one. Rooms are nice and spacious - which is the best part of this hotel especially if you are in for an extended stay. The room felt spacious even after we brought in our big bags as there is ample storage space for bags. Cleanliness and customer service is average. Some rooms don't have a wall separating the rooms in the entry area. The gap is filled with a large closet. As a result there is not enough sound barrier and normal conversations can tend to disturb people in the other room and vice versa. I feel this should be addressed by the hotel but have not seen any traction on this in the last 2 years I stayed here.
