For your convenience is a portable evaporative cooler, ceiling fans and heaters in all bedroom's and in the living room. There are polished floorboards throughout the open plan living areas and a modern kitchen with electric appliances and microwave. You will find a smart Tv in the master bedroom and one in the lounge along with video, dvd and Cd/stereo system. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

There is ample room for parking a boat and cars.
