Everything for me was great.But as a Property Manager myself, I would like to let you know that the washing machine does not drain properly. Or maybe it’s that it doesn’t spin properly when trying to drain. There is a note on it saying what to do if that happens but the note didn’t help. I believe the machine just needs replaced. Being that it was just two people, this wasn’t a big deal for me. But I can imagine a family being quite aggravated. In the same vain, it was really nice to have cable TV. And you would think it would even be better to have it in four different rooms. Again, there were multiple instructions on how to get TVs to work, but I believe there are some that are broke. The master bedroom TV worked as instructed.The living room TV also worked as instructed, but I believe the remote control is broken, so it couldn’t change channels (it could do all other functions). And the other remotes from the other rooms appear to be proprietary. So the TV in the living room was useless. The TVs would not turn on in the other two bedrooms as if they were broken. Therefore, having a cable box, was useless.Again, this is just a heads up for you all to tell the property owner. I have nothing negative to say about the place and was able to work around the TV issue and had hours to give to dry my two small laundry loads. But other people may criticize everything I’m warning about.Overall…. Great place and thanks for helping me get in early as I arrived a day early.
