My room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. When I asked about the toilet they told me to lift the top of the toilet and flush the toilet that way.

People fighting in the room below, when to front desk and wouldn't do anything about and wouldn't give our money back. Litterly fighting from Mid night to 1:53am, then cops finally got there.

I chose this hotel because my mom was in the hospital at Mercy Medical so we wanted to be close. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfy!! The bathroom smelled sour because the shower curtain needed washed (pink mildew visible on it) there was also something that hadn’t been cleaned in the shower floor and some actual mucus hanging off the shower handle (handicapped style room)..so decided against using the shower. The toilet also had issues and wouldn’t flush correctly. The staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was smooth. I don’t think I would stay here again due to the bathroom though.
