This Tuscan-style farmhouse is located on a large property, surrounded by 5 hectares of olive trees and numerous fruit trees.
It is accessed via a private driveway leading to the automatic gate.
On the ground floor you find a spacious living room with an adjoining, spacious, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and a hallway leading to the upper floor.
The upper floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms and a large library that can accommodate two additional beds if needed.
The bedrooms are divided as follows: the master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and adjoining bathroom; a second double bedroom with a queen-size bed; and a single bedroom that can accommodate a double bed if needed.
The house has two entrances: the upper one leads directly to the library and then to the sleeping area, while the lower one from the kitchen opens onto a spacious outdoor terrace with a porch and barbecue to enjoy the surrounding views and outdoor holidays.
The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, is a must.
The property is located just a few minutes drive from the charming village of Suvereto, shopping centers, and about 20 minutes from the sea.
