The free-form heated swimming pool, secured by an underwater alarm, is surrounded by a paved terrace. The 1000m² enclosed garden and car park complete the ensemble.The air-conditioned interior features an open-plan layout with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The two bedrooms, each with access to the terrace and garden, offer a simple yet functional space. One of the bedrooms has a private shower room.The villa has a 4-star furnished holiday accommodation rating and has been awarded the Clévacances 4 keys label, ensuring a high level of comfort.
