This wonderful villa can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and it has much more to offer. If you are looking for entertainment or a little work-out session you will find some fitness equipment and darts on the ground floor. The ground floor also offers a spacious, contemporary furnished area with a living and dining room and a nice, furnished kitchen. Here you will also find a bedroom, while the other 3 are located on the first floor. All the bedrooms have double beds, air conditioners and TVs at disposal and the ones on the floor also have en suite bathrooms. The outdoor area with the inviting pool is the perfect place for sunbathing and relaxation on one of the sun loungers. If you are traveling with kids the garden disposes over a playground for children as well as a trampoline. For al fresco dinner nights there is also a grill available and the first beach is only 3 km away.Villa FA Exclusive is located in a small place Donje Rastane opposite the Pasman Island and only about 20 km away from one of the most interesting tourist centers of Dalmatia - Zadar.
