In the mis=dst of student accomodation
I'm afraid I had to request other accommodation due to the filthy state of the apartment, this was accommodated because I was willing to travel to Cardiff.
The flat is in need a of full refurbishment.
I wouldn't suggest it if you are looking for a quiet stay as this is located in the middle of student houses and the rest of the property has students in it as well.
I was rather disappointed as I wanted to walk to where I was working every day.
I must say however that the apartment I was given in Cardiff was wonderful! It was very close to the Bay and the city centre, there was parking for one car.
It was small but compact an great for one or a couple.
The drains however could do with a good clear out as I used the washing machine and the smell that arose from the drains and in the kitchen sink was foul, I did however try and clear it out with lots of kettles of hot water.
The lady that dealt with my query and my move was lovely and very apologetic for me having to move so hopefully the apartment in Swansea has been cleaned and sorted.
