My room was very clean and was grateful for the access to a small shared kitchenette with fridge and freezer facilities, given my 1wks stay.
Lovely and friendly staff.
Great views from my window.
Def recomment and will stay in again.
The owner is amazing and very helpful! The room was perfect overlooking the beach. The bathroom was big and had the best shower of our trip! It is great that they have a cafe attached as well. My only suggestion is to put a curtain over the storage closet in the hall because the first impression looked cluttered. But we will stay here again if we ever return to beautiful Swansea!
Convenient place for us to stay just for 1 night, at a reasonable rate. We had a beach view room which was slightly noisy from traffic but nothing too crazy! Probably one of the comfiest beds we’ve stayed in made it a great nights sleep.
Easy parking on nearby streets but also a council car park across the road (£5 for 24hrs).
Super friendly host who was accommodating for us arriving a little later and also resolved a booking error.
Great place and location for us had everything we needed

The property was well placed for the beach and town centre and also not far from Mumbles. The room was well equipped with Nest heating and ultra quiet celing fan which was needed in 20oc summer heat!
I loved my room and how spacious it was. The owner is very kind and the location is right in front of the beach. The hotel is near bus stops which is perfect for easy transportation. Everything is within walking distance too. Thank you !!
Room amazing. Around the property.. lots of drugged people at night time. Not a safe environment.
Kitchen facility incredible. Room great. Corridor, stairwell and doors poor condition. Horrible smell in the corridor.

The owner was a lovely fella, the room we had was also great, it had a view but was also close to the road, so you had a little road noise. However it didn't really bother us. The entrance up to the room however was very tired however we think its a work in progress so don't get put off as the room had been renovated not so long ago and it all takes time and money. We had food and his homemade curry was very tasty.

Host was lovely, we arrived at 2:30pm and we're offered to play a board game in the cafe as our room wasn't ready, which we did. On entering room 7 it looked lovely. We were told how the fan, tv etc worked and then showed the bathroom it looked ok. The shower was all wet so looked like it had just been cleaned. We put our stuff down and went straight out to look at the area and to find somewhere to eat. Ninnes World buffet is great lots of choice. When we arrived back to our room i was ready for a shower. Only to find that it has not been cleaned and probably just been rinsed round with the shower head. It was disgusting so much grime on the glass and inside. Me and my daughter couldn't bring ourselves to enter it. Which was a shame because the room itself wasn't to bad. The bed was clean and very comfortable and the view of the sea was amazing. There was lots of choice on the tv, loads of films to chose from which was nice. Overall we probably wouldn't stay again due to cleaning issues which is a shame because the host is paying for cleaners and there not doing there job properly.
My boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if I’m ever in Swansea again
Loved the sea view from bedroom window.
Lovely check in experience and room was lovely.
Shame I’m such a light sleeper as did hear traffic from main road.
Thanks again.
This great little family run bar and rooms reminded me of surfing on the Gascony coast. The bar was relaxed, served plant based food that was very tasty, which I washed down with a pint of Gower IPA. The room was clean and functional, with a stunning sea view.

The room was good and the bed comfy. The bathroom smelled of drains and the shower was either hot or cold. The entrance and stairway was very poor and dirty. The traffic noise was very noticeable. Nice views across the dual carriageway to the wide sandy beach and sea as far as the eye can see.
Friendly staff, pleasant and clean room right next to the beach. Some bits looking a bit tired and parking might be difficult some days (we arrived at the right time to get the unrestricted parking), but good for the price.
Lovely room, convenient location with amazing view of the sea. Having a kitchenette area was brilliant for keeping my milk and snacks. Friendly welcome and comfy bed.
Room was spacious and clean. Host was very accommodating and great to chat with. I would definitely return x

One night stay
The place is still very much being developed and there are no signs anywhere to tell you where it actually is. If you ring the owner they will come and get you and they were super helpful.
The room was lovely with a lot of thought gone into it and, although it’s right by the main road I did get a good night’s sleep.
The views of the beach were great.
Everything was fantastic. Conveniently distanced a small walk away from the central bus station, city centre and marina with great view of the beach all the way to Mumbles, even with the wet weather for April.
Paul was a great host who made us feel instantly welcome.
Cafe/restaurant area is fully licensed and sells locally brewed beers which is always nice.
Freshly prepared, reasonably priced food too!
We’re already looking at return dates in the summer
