The apartment is accessible by lift or stairway. There are 3 terraces with some views of the sea over the neighbourhood and towards the whole town of st julians. fully equipped and airconditioned ; private residential parking available on site on a 1st come 1st serve basis to residents only.
The apartment is on the 4th floor level. On entrance you have a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms with own terraces. a bathroom and a spare guest Wc. The other part of the apartment hosts a very spacious living room area with open plan fully equipped kitchen, 3 large terrace/s with views of the sea and surrounding town of St Julians towards paceville and st georges bay
The apartment has a self check in option but we usually meet & greet all guests on check in day. Guests will have access to the whole apartment and a communal residential swimming pool areas
