I had an amazing stay at the Swift Tester Hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their hospitality made a big difference. All staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The environment was peaceful and pleasant. The concierge lounge was well maintained and had good food and selections of beverages. The room was fine, staff was nice. But I purposely booked this resort for the heated pool and that wa closed the entire weekend. On top of it, my partner and I had to take the steps due to issues with the elevator. For this luxury hotel that isn’t cheap this was just super inconvenient.

No issues with room. We didn’t use any amenities at all at the hotel because the restaurant ruined our stay first night. During Thanksgiving dinner, I ordered a drink. When I ordered a second drink, I was cut off. I wasn’t drunk. Bartender advised I had enough. I had 3 drinks a few hours prior when we checked in. I did not have 4 consecutive drinks. The manager said it’s their policy. I was not drunk. We left after dinner to go to another restaurant so I could have a second drink. The bartender at that restaurant agreed that I should have been served another drink. I would have checked out of the hotel the next morning if we hadn’t paid in advance. We were insulted and disgusted. Had all our meals after that happened elsewhere. Did not spend another cent there and did not want to be there. We went there to celebrate my life as last Thanksgiving I spent it in a hospital bed in ICU. We didn’t know if I would live. Poor choice of hotel to go to for us.
