The Ambria "Sand Rose" apartment in Swinoujscie is located in a brand new housing estate "Kwartał Róży Wiatrów" ("Quarter of the Wind Rose"), near the old landscape health park with the area of 58 ha. The apartment consists of a bedroom, very spacious, a living room with kitchenette, a dining room and a modern bathroom.

The location is absolutely perfect - on the one hand it is really close to the city center and on the other hand to the spa park - this oasis of calm. Nearby there are also: the marina, the ferry dock, sandy beach, promenade and historic fortifications.
