Located in Sydney’s vibrant Inner West, this welcoming stay places you close to great transport links, shopping, and an exciting food scene. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, parks, and everyday conveniences, it’s easy to settle in and enjoy the local lifestyle. Well connected to the city and nearby suburbs, the space is ideal for both short visits and longer stays—perfect for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and an authentic neighbourhood experience.

This single-level, four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. With just one small step at the entrance, it offers easy access and a practical layout, making it an ideal stay in Burwood for families or groups.

The home features:
- Three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- A spacious living room with a sofa, smart TV, and dining area
- One full bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub
- One additional bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A full-sized kitchen
- Gas BBQ grill.
- A separate half bathroom and a dedicated laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- Centralised air conditioning ensures comfort throughout all rooms.

Please note that a garage is not available. However, the driveway can accommodate up to two cars, and ample free street parking is available nearby.

The house is comfortably set up for 8 guests. If a 9th guest joins your stay, an additional fee of 50 AUD per night will be applied. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.

One portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.

The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
* A small cot is available for young guests. Please note that linen and bedding for the cot are not provided, so guests are kindly asked to bring their own.

Feel free to enjoy the BBQ! Just a quick reminder to give it a good clean afterwards. If it’s left too messy, we may need to charge a $150 cleaning fee—thanks heaps for keeping things tidy!

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.
