Wake up to breathtaking Elizabeth Bay views in this beautifully renovated waterfront studio. The Italian-designed Murphy bed transforms from a stylish sofa to a luxurious queen bed. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, 43” Smart TV, and a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The building features a large pool and a coin laundry. Walk to cafes, Kings Cross, Potts Point, or catch a train—just 12 minute walk!
The Space:
Once you enter the apartment you will notice the clever and stylish design in this newly renovated space. Coffee coloured carpet gives the space a luxurious feel. There is also a very cleverly designed Italian Murphy bed which appears as a 2.5 seater sofa but then converts into an extremely comfortable queen size bed by simply pulling the top down. The mattress has been upgraded and is extremely comfortable. A glass door opens up to a balcony overlooking Beare Park which is right on Sydney harbour, with beautiful leafy outlook onto the park. Plantation shutters over the balcony door and windows help control the light for those lazy morning sleep-ins. A separate kitchen comes with plenty of bench space, a four burner gas cooktop, full oven as well as microwave oven and a good-sized fridge/freezer. The apartment’s bathroom has been updated with a roomy shower recess, new sink and vanity. Full laundry facilities are located in the basement for $3/cycle. Building amenities include a swimming pool and a shared outdoor entertaining area with a barbecue.
