Wow.. simply perfect hotel! 5-star accommodation, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well-designed. The restaurant and bar on the hotel's entrance floor are exceptional. Perfect service, excellent, delicious and high-quality food. The hotel staff and the waiters in the bar and restaurant were professional, charming and helpful. They helped us with everything, were always happy to help and made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We highly recommend and we would be happy to visit again on our next vacation!

Stayed at Ace Hotel Sydney and absolutely loved it! The location in Surry Hills was perfect for exploring the city. The design is stylish and comfy with retro-chic touches that make you feel at home. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, quiet (despite the lively lobby), and had all the comfortable bits we needed. For anyone visiting Sydney and looking for somewhere that’s fun yet relaxing, this is it — highly recommend!

We chose this hotel as it was close to Capitol Theatre. It was a perfect choice, the staff were incredibly helpful, the restaurants and bar were great for a pre-theatre treat and there were lots of amenities nice and close. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed putting the old school record player on in our room while we got ready to go out. The amenities in the room were gorgeous, the bed comfy and room was quiet.
