Was traveling for business, the team at Penrith Astina Suites; Karen, Holly, Pam were all fantastic. Nothing ever felt like was being asked too much of them, always friendly and willing to assist. Especially when I left an item in my room post-check out, when I came back to the reception later that day, they had it ready for me, I didn't even have to ask!

Great place to stay whilst visiting friends in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing needing improvement was the lounge - it was far too low and not comfortable to sit on or get out of without difficulty. There were also no instructions on the television's operation. Having televisions in the bedroom would be beneficial. Bathrooms, laundry and wadrobes were fantastic! Will stay again!

Awesome stay

When the doors first slide open you get a beautiful fresh smell. Reception is very welcoming and ready to help with any questions. Everywhere is very clean. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is very well equipt. Will stay at the Astina Suites any time we are in Penrith or close by. Can't find a fault and can't wait to stay again.

Excellent location, quick access to shops, dining, chemist and clubs. The 1 bed king suite was spacious compared to ithers we'd stayed, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent service from the reception and housekeeping. This place is a surprised, highly recommended.
