Check-in process was a quest to be honest. Complicated instructions on how to find the key safe located 1.5 blocks away from the apartment, whilst navigating inner city traffic. Also no instructions on what key was required for which lock.Upon finally entering the apartment, I discovered the 'deadlock' was not operational, as the interior part of the lock had been removed, so security was only a push button door knob.The main kitchen light would not stay turned on once you removed your finger from the light switch, so we had to rely on under cabinet lights and the living room fan light.The apartment overall was barely clean. It could seriously do with a good scrub from top to bottom. There is mould on the living room cornice, all the sheer curtains are grey with dust and the tile floor had only received a cursory wipe over with a damp cloth. The air conditioner had a continued whining sound when turned on.The location was great, traffic noise did not bother us and we had plenty of space for our stay. The apartment did feel like I was visiting a niece or nephew's uni stay rather than a smart inner city apartment.Overall, I was disappointed and would not stay there again.

A great jump off location for adventures around the city via public transport with 2 bedrooms and room for the family. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the windows seemed to let a lot of noise into the apartment even when closed so could be a struggle with the road noise if your a light sleeper
