Our stay at Hoteloco was a reasonable one - despite some very unclear check in conversation on arrival where we were left standing in reception alone while staff vanished for ten minutes.
The location is convenient for surrounding suburbs/theatres/sports, the room comfortable and clean. We had an accessible room - and while it had great wide spaces and a functional roll in shower, many things (like a ceiling high wardrobe space, glassware etc being above standing chest height, bathroom soap being above standing chest height - if you’re in a chair travelling alone you may have issues) left us feeling as if they had been an afterthought.

More why, but even in reception there was little to no noise from outside.
It’s a lovely new hotel, and the design is clean and modern - although one questionable artwork in the hall gave us pause more than once during our stay.
It’s a little on the more expensive side for where it is - central CBD is more budget friendly - but if you’re looking for a change this is a nice one.
We hope to return and see how we go second time round - maybe just teething issues our first visit.
