The grounds are very pretty and the resort is situated away from the shopping area, so it was quiet. The driveway was a little small for the amount of rooms so parking was tight. The room was simple but spacious and had a nice view over the area. The bed was comfortable and the air-con worked well to keep my room warm on the cold nights. I’d stay here again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a pool view room with a nice little balcony onto the pool. Also had the 2 bedroom family room which has a small dining area. Plenty of space. The resort is clean but not conveniently located to the main Leura shops. Ample parking space. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is very average -just toast and cereal for $25. The Fairmont has a full buffet breakfast for $35 which is much better value. Kids loved the table tennis room and the cubby house in the garden. I would stay here again though because the price is very good and rooms are spacious.

The Gardens were beautiful and facilities like the community room and pool were great. Unfortunately, the bar fridge was not cold, the light in the entry foyer did not work, and the wifi transmitter which was above our bed shed a bright blue light that kept us up during the night. It was very bright! The parking is also a bit of a tight squeeze. Apart from those things it was ok.

Good stay.

Overnight stay for a local event. Late check in was organised because we were arriving at the accommodation late, which was easy! Unfortunately the wifi password did not work and because we arrived late we couldn’t query it so we had to suffer with our poor phone reception which was annoying. The customer service team addressed me as a female “Justine instead of “Justin”. I think they have made the assumption that because I was with my partner one of us had to be female. Other than that everything was fine.

Plain but clean

I think the description of it being a "Resort " encouraged us to book, expecting a little luxury, but it was more of a big motel. The parking is very tight, so best to back in or you may get stuck waiting for others to leave. The place was clean and well kelp, but nothing fancy.
