The grounds are very pretty and the resort is situated away from the shopping area, so it was quiet. The driveway was a little small for the amount of rooms so parking was tight. The room was simple but spacious and had a nice view over the area. The bed was comfortable and the air-con worked well to keep my room warm on the cold nights. I’d stay here again.

The Gardens were beautiful and facilities like the community room and pool were great. Unfortunately, the bar fridge was not cold, the light in the entry foyer did not work, and the wifi transmitter which was above our bed shed a bright blue light that kept us up during the night. It was very bright! The parking is also a bit of a tight squeeze. Apart from those things it was ok.

Great location; easy parking; room very clean. However, there was only one bedside table, with one lamp, for the king sized bed in a spacious room - not good - had to pull up a chair next to bed so as not to place my personal items on the floor! A large wall mirror in the room would be helpful so one can dress while partner is in the bathroom. No table in the room or alternate sitting area, despite space and microwave oven.

I was in the Blue Mountains for the Music festival in Katoomba and Leura Gardens was only a 10 minute drive away. Great location, great service, pool extremely welcome on this very hot weekend - would definitely stay again.

The bed was the best wish I could take it with me, the grounds and services where excellent,lots of stuff to do to kill time,ice box, bbq, large chess board,swim pool, table tennis beautiful picnic space and the breakfast buffet was just perfect for the cost,the staff are all super friendly

The upstairs room was noisy the whole time I was in it. On a semi-regular basis a dragging, clanging noise would seemingly come from an underneath room or the rooms beside me which made no sense and made it difficult to eventually fall asleep. I was told they upgraded my room which I initially appreciated but I would request to be on the ground floor if I stayed there again.

Older motel style property that has been renovated quite well. There are some wear and tear issues like paint patching and the air conditioner not working. Stayed in the pet friendly room with a back garden that was really GREAT! Continental breaky was very basic. Worth a note is that there is only one coffee machine that had to be constantly topped up and was so slow in the bean to cup process that there was alway a long wait to get a half decent coffee. An additional coffee machine is highly needed and recommended . For a "resort" was surprised that there is no onsite bar or restaurant. Overall a nice stay and with a pet it really is a great spot due to the large grass area in the courtyard rooms.

We stayed here for 1 night while looking at the blue mountains. The room was a bit run down, there was no openable window in the bathroom, but the grounds/ garden was well maintained. They did have a small separate table in the breakfast dining room for gluten free people (which is me). There was white bread, weet-bix, cornflakes, mini muffins and some fruit. There’s a separate toaster for gluten free bread. I appreciated that. Although it was a small selection, it’s more than some places offer. There wasn’t much around in terms of dining options near by.

Great comfortable stay. Family room had 2 bathrooms and was an adjoining room so we could close the door between the two rooms while the kids were going to sleep. Facilities were great. Free table tennis and great kids games room. Pool was lovely and warm with pool towels and room towels always available. Gardens were beautiful and well manicured. Staff always greeted us on a friendly manner and we were very appreciative of the umbrellas in the wet weather. Easy parking right outside your room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Breakfast was simple but enough. Kids loved the pancakes and hot chocolate each morning. My only criticism is the pillows in the room are not at all comfortable. Would recommend to bring your own.
