The Space:
Little Enniskillen by Tiny Away is located in the quiet suburbs of Grose Vale, both an hour's drive away from Sydney and Blue Mountains National Park. The farm stay is conveniently located near the Blue Mountains Botanical Garden and East Richmond.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). The distance of the tiny house from the main house and car park is approximately 60 metres. 50 meters away from our office.

Located at the beautiful Enniskillen Orchard, The Shed Bar & Eatery is your go-to spot for great food, handcrafted cocktails, local beers, wines, and spirits. We also offer a range of non-alcoholic drinks and proudly serve locally roasted coffee.

NOTE: After 16th Nov 2025, the shed bar and eatery wont be open to the public any more. However guests can purchase tickets for our monthly live music/cabaret concerts if they are staying when its on. Or our high tea experience, the 1st Sunday of each month

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, including the orchard and dam area.

The Neighborhood:
Little Enniskillen by Tiny Away sits in the quiet suburbs of Sydney within the city of Hawkesbury, known for its historic properties, national parks, and countless outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and 4WD driving. Both an hour's drive away from Sydney and Blue Mountains National Park.

The area around the property blends small-town charm with nature and local experiences. Start in Kurrajong Village, a friendly town filled with cafés, delis, and boutique shops worth exploring. Nearby, the Wild Cat Conservation Centre offers a rare opportunity to learn about and see some of the world’s most endangered big cats up close.

For a slower pace, the Nepean Belle Paddlewheeler takes guests along the Nepean River, serving great food with river views that change with every bend. Nature lovers will enjoy the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Mount Tomah, where cool-climate plants from Australia and beyond flourish across beautifully landscaped grounds. On Saturdays, the Richmond Good Food Market brings local farmers and producers together—fresh bread, seasonal fruit, and community spirit all in one lively spot.

Getting Around:
By car: 1 hour and 10 mins from Sydney CBD

By public transport: You can catch the train to Richmond then get an uber/taxi for $30-40 or catch a public bus from the station. These leave every couple of hours.

Other Things to Note:
- A gas BBQ grill is available to use
- Guests are welcome to bring their own firepit and firewood.
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- The house is installed with an extra electric heater and extra blankets available
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house

Important note:

- Please take note that children are not allowed on the property
- Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in abundant vegetation
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
