Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property, along with charges for any damages or additional cleaning that may be required. Dehumidifier: We recommend that leave the dehumidifier on even when you are not in the apartment, especially if you are showering a fair bit or drying clothes in the apartment. It has a container that is easy to empty, and the machine will automatically switch off when container needs emptying. It can also be easily brought around the apartment to wherever you wish for it to be.
