The staff were kind and helpful, the hotel is well situated and has some amazing amenities. Unfortunately my room didn’t seem particularly clean, there was a lot of dust in the window corner, someone else’s hair on the floor and a dark mark on the bedsheet. The rug also seems to pick up a lot of hair / dust so if you walk across it bare foot you end up with stuff stuck on your foot … The room also wasnt sound proof like advertised. You could hear guests opening / closing their door and music from their room speaker
