ALL guests are offered a free EARLY CHECK-IN of NOON and a LATE CHECK-OUT of NOON, whenever availability permits. The only caveat to this offer is if we have a consecutive booking either side of yours, in such cases the standard 3pm check-in and 10am check-out may apply to allow enough time for cleaning. This is usually only typical in the peak seasons.

MERVEILLE has five bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry, high ceilings, French windows and doors, polished floorboards, ducted air-conditioning with discrete zones to all rooms and a huge rear deck with views.

MERVEILLE sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms with high quality bedding in the following configuration:

MASTER BEDROOM: escarpment and valley views, a KING sleigh bed with quality white linen, a luxury ensuite with a 'rain' shower, a therapeutic 30 jet SPA bath and a separate toilet. The Master also has built in robes and it's own outdoor deck with views. You'll love the empyrean of relaxation with the spa, heated towel rack and the gorgeous King sleigh bed to watch your favourite shows on the huge 65" SMART HD TV.

2ND BEDROOM, (or a parent's retreat), is a large sunroom adjoining the Master bedroom with two 3-seater leather lounges and a gorgeous sunny disposition overlooking the valley and gardens. This room also contains two gorgeous wrought iron KING-SINGLE beds with quality white linen,

3RD BEDROOM: views, a QUEEN bed, escarpment and valley views, quality white linen and built in robes.

4TH BEDROOM: a QUEEN bed, quality white linen, built in robes and a rear garden vista.

5TH BEDROOM: a KING sleigh bed, quality white linen, a wardrobe, a bay window and a front garden vista.

All beds have luxury mattresses, quality white linen, individually zoned electric blankets, luxury pillows, donas, extra blankets, mattress & pillow protectors and large, soft bath towels. All our linen at MERVEILLE is washed using hypo-allergenic (low-irritant) laundry detergent that is suitable for people with sensitive skin. Weather permitting, all our linen is line dried to improve freshness and deliver better quality and sanitation for our guests.

Our KING and QUEEN mattresses are superior quality - they cannot be split into two discrete beds. All bedrooms have curtains and block-out blinds so you can sleep in. A travel cot is located in the wardrobe of the 4th bedroom. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN COT LINEN.

MERVEILLE has state-of-the-art 8 zone ducted air-conditioning throughout the entire home. Additionally, there is a slow combustion wood fire with 3 speed fan, and we provide complimentary wood. In winter the home is sunny and warm. In Summer, MERVEILLE is cool and breezy.

The kitchen, dining and lounge room are open plan with French doors opening to the very large terrace - together these form the hub of the home.

The new kitchen is beautifully designed and has gorgeous views. It is fully equipped and includes Caesarstone benchtops, a large pantry, induction cooktop (4 hobs), a double wall oven, a large convection microwave (i.e. three ovens), a French (double) door fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (capsule), a French press (coffee plunger), a slow cooker, a rice cooker, a stick blender, four slice toaster, kettle, plenty of plates, cups, glassware & cutlery, bowls, pots, pans, all the typical kitchen utensils and a large range of cook books. All cupboards and drawers are soft close. A high-chair and toddler utensils, cups and bowls are provided. Some pantry staples are also provided: for example, a Twinings tea chest, a starter pack of coffee capsules, basic herbs & spices, salt, pepper, paper towels and cleaning products. Feel free to pick our small herb garden.

Our bathrooms are stocked with PROFESSIONAL hair-care products - not cheap supermarket brands.

The dining table comfortably accommodates ten people.

The loungeroom opens to the large outdoor terrace and provides a large comfortable lounge for ten people. Sit back and relax in front of the enormous 75" SMART HD TV with more than 40 free-to-air channels and 130 internet channels streamed via our fast 200Mb/s internet connection so you can also access your NETFLIX, STAN and YouTube! A BlueRay DVD player and a stereo with BlueTooth, CD & radio are also provided, along with a good selection of DVD’s, CD's and a library of books for your enjoyment.

The large terrace has valley views, an outdoor dining setting for eight people, an outdoor lounge for ten people and a 7-burner stainless steel BBQ. It is the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. A spare gas bottle for the BBQ is provided in the laundry.

The laundry is located at the rear of the home and includes two sinks, one front load LG washer and two dryers. Hypo-allogenic washing detergent, a Phillips STEAM iron and ironing board are also provided.

MERVEILLE is fully fenced with an auto driveway gate. Our security system includes keyless entry, (note the entry code will be sent via an SMS text on the day of your check-in), security sensor lighting, automatic garden lighting and hard-wired smoke detectors, (they do not use batteries).

All lighting in all rooms is dimmable warm-white LED. Most windows have fly-screens.

There is ample off-street parking for multiple cars, a caravan, boat or trailer.

The garden includes a SPRINGFREE trampoline, a swing set, a hammock, 3 fountains, a large multitier bird bath and a showcase of stunning cold-climate flowers, two resident Lyrebirds, King parrots, Rainbow Lorikeets, crimson Rosellas, Whip birds, Bell birds, very rare black cockatoos and eagles. If you put some bird seed on the top tier of the bird bath, the King parrots and Rainbow Lorikeets will come.

The Wentworth Falls village provides cafes, restaurants, antique stores, homeware stores, bookstores, toy stores, chocolate shops, bakeries and an opportunity shop. Leura and Katoomba provide more cafes, restaurants, bars, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, BigW, KMart and Bunnings. Woolworths and Coles deliver to MERVEILLE.

Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted under any circumstances and breaches of these rules will impact your security deposit.

Please ensure all dishes are put through the dishwasher. Please place all rubbish in the council bins beside the garage. Please do NOT strip the beds as such makes our cleaners job more complicated.
