Good lobby, rooms small

The lobby was vibrant with people hanging out, playing games, etc. Maybe because the rooms are SO small. We thought the din er menu was limited so walked 10 minutes to a good Thai place.

The room was quiet, bed was super comfy and the attention to detail inside the room was appreciated…especially the clothes steamer! Great coffee downstairs in the morning and lovely staff. The only disappointment was the shuttle service doesn’t run to accommodate later international flights (after 22:30). But would recommend this hotel!

Very helpful to have the free shuttle to airport, but room cleanliness is terrible we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The place is cute, hip, small room but perfectly fine. The problems were with shuttle (waited 40 minutes), long wait to check in, long line to order food (so menu was changed to bar food by the time I could order) breakfast buffet was short of everything, and many people going back to airport and not enough shuttles. They need better services.
