The Palm House is located in Nancy street in North Bondi on a 52 sqm space.
The semi-detached apartment sits in front of a private house, a completely independent area with one bedroom and sunroom, private bathroom and kitchen, private entrance.
There is free all day street parking in our area. You can reserve our car spot located in front of the house for $25 per night.
Max occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (0 to 12Y).
We provide one queen, one single, and one crib.
The interiors are modern and comfortable. .
Modern Bathroom with a combo washer and dryer.
The Palm House comes with free wifi, flat-screen 55" TV, reverse cycle air-con, kitchen, fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery glasses, iron, hairdryer, etc.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

Please note that check-in and check-out are not available on December 25-26 and January 1.
★ CHECK INS AND CHECK OUTS★

Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $50 AUD. These can be confirmed the day before your check-in or check-out.
★ PEST DISCLAIMER★
Due to Australia's tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter bugs or insects, most of which are harmless. We do not accept cancellations or compensation due to such sightings. However, we regularly fumigate the property and are available to assist if needed.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our apartment is pet free.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning, and penalties will apply.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This is a peaceful and relaxed area. We ask that you respect the surroundings and maintain a quiet and considerate environment during your stay.
★ CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER ★
By booking this property, you acknowledge that construction may occur nearby. We are not liable for any noise or inconvenience, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for construction-related disturbances.
★CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS★
For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every 2 or 3 weeks. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning.
★PROPERTY CARE★
Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
This includes:
Removing all garbage
Washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher
Removing excessive sand and dirt
Closing all doors and turning off lights
Turning off the air conditioning before departure
Please note that by making a payment for the booking, you and all guests staying at the property agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.
By staying here, you agree to:
✔ Respect neighbors and shared areas
✔ Keep noise down, especially 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
✔ No parties or events
✔ Only registered guests to stay overnight
