Resort style beach house with Pool, Sauna ,Wood Fired Pizza oven and outdoor kitchen. The house is beautifully furnished with modern touches. Parking for 3 cars. Beach is a 10 minute walk, with cafes, shopping centres and parks nearby.
Conveniently located near buses to Central, Circular Quay to visit Sydney and harbour, and coastal walk to Bondi. The house is large with 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with walk-in robe and a full size ensuite. 2 Living Spaces and 2 dining rooms.

The space
The house is spacious and decorated with quality furniture. The cathedral ceilings and skylights give the house a light open feeling that is extremely inviting. The three bedrooms are very large, the master with walk-in robe and a full sized bathroom ensuite, one and half other bathrooms are also renovated o include all modern features, with the main bathroom have a deep soaking bathtub. 2 living areas and 2 dining rooms as well as a full kitchen and laundry are available at the house. The TV room or second living room has a sofa that can be converted to an extra bed to accommodate an extra 2 people should you require. There's plenty of parking in front of the house for 3 vehicles. Enjoy a relaxing swim in the good sized pool and enjoy the very private outdoor space with a retractable roof to give shade or shelter from the elements if needed or open up when the weather is good. The backyard also includes a full BBQ, pizza oven, large dining table and pool furniture to enjoy your time at our home. The front courtyard is private and very comfortable and an excellent spot to take in the morning sun.

Guest access
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and electric oven as well as washer and dryer at your disposal. There are 2 separate living areas, that is 2 lounge rooms and 2 dining rooms. There is also a good size pool that is cleaned regularly for your enjoyment in a very private back yard. The front yard is also perfect for enjoying a morning coffee (coffee machine and some pods included) or also ideal in the evening decorated with the festoon lights.
A work space has also been provided that includes a large screen, wired mouse and keyboard so you are able to work comfortably from home if needed. There is Keyless entry so you can’t lock yourself out, very convenient.

Other things to note
If you have more than 6 guest, we will provide extra linen and towels for the air bed in the back lounge room.
Please note that there is an independent studio attached to the side of the house that is also rented out to singles or couples. This studio does not have access to any part of the main house or the backyard and frontyard.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
