We are total hillbillies living for a few days beyond our means. The hotel is so classy, clean and with great views. The bathtub is in front of a western window and we bathed and watched the beautiful Australian sunset. I loved it. The staff was so accommodating. Not one nasty person and the included breakfast kept us from eating till dinner. I loved Australia and staying in Sidney in such a classy place, was a great way to conclude a month of trekking!!

Expensive harbour view marred by ridiculously dirty windows, not to mention the construction right in front, which you really should be applying a discount for, framing outside of the windows made of hollow tins where you can hear the rain 'ting ting ting', no noise-proofing either easily hear the neighbours, no complimentary water, corridors smell of musty mould to the point of giving you a headache, breakfast is chaotic, overcrowded with a lengthy waiting line, with food stations placed all over the place like playing hide and seek, people leaving after waiting for so long for their orders of coffee, such a stressful DIS-relaxing environment, no cable TV other than local TV, which 5 star hotel does that?? This needs to be 4 star rated at best. I've stayed in all of the top hotels in Sydney and this has to rate THE worst.

The room was very clean and a second daily check ensured we were well looked afterfor our stay. Club Millesime was largely an enjoyable experience but breakfast time was a lot busier than we expected. We arrived early and were to be told when our suite was ready but this did not happen which was a shame as we had the same thing happen the last time we stayed. Good location with lots of restaurants close by.

We were at club rm 3405, tv not in front of bed, need to Install bracket to turn around. Breakfast, service & staff at Atelier 3rd floor were bad specially the supervisor. A smile & be kind to guests is the ingredient for successful hotel. Breakfast, service, staff at the club were outstanding BUT Canapés needs lots of improvement. Cutting cost is not always good. Will never return.

stayed for 3 nights but the hotel doesn’t provide daily bottled water. They told me to drink water in the mini fridge which they will charge on my stay. They don’t change the bedding unless you leave the notes.

We stayed in standard king room it was spotless, beautiful shower and lovely comfortable bedding. The staff go above and beyond friendly helpful absolutely outstanding. Breakfast lovely with so much to choose from. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Would definitely come back again. Thankyou for making our stay so special .

Our room overlooked a new building being built which wasn’t ideal (I know it’s unavoidable but it would have been nice to be advised - the rooms aren’t cheap). The pool bar ‘bar’ was closed due to ‘bad weather(?)’ but we could ‘order like room service but there is a service charge’ (not great), very little in way of room supplies (no hot chocolate, a few tea bags), apart from one Christmas tree there was very little in way of Christmas decoration, which is such a shame, good things - the bed was super comfortable and room was nice.

On two occasions I ordered poached eggs and they took a while to arrive. They were also cold which is very disappointing. I also had to wait for coffee to be served even though the waiting staff take the order as soon as they sit you down.
