Great location / Lots of space

POSITIVE : Location - hard to beat!Huge living spaceWasher & dryerBuilding securityElevator (property in on the 5th floor)Rooftop poolROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT : - Lack of room lighting in kitchen/living room & some not working in bedroom.- Communication with property manager (confusion between email & Vrbo platform)- A/C fan grid requires fixing & cleaning.- A few kitchen cabinet doors require fixing.- Limited visitor starter kit (lacking : wash cloths, dishcloths, cleaning rags, all-purpose cleaner for kitchen counter & table)- TV not working- Tobacco odour in hallway sometimes perceptible in apartment (probably from hallway rug)

Great Getaway

Fantastic location and very clean, had a great short stay in Sydney, staying at the Clive..the only problem we had was accessing the door keys..which a quick call to the property manager resolved..

Location, location, location

The location was the best feature. Instructions for access were misleading or absent. #1 Lock box symbol was not as noted in instructions #2 there is a sensor on the front step that prevents you from opening the door if you block it while trying to scan the fob after hours. #3 Opening the lock box was tricky if you haven’t done it before - further instructions would make it easier. TV volume only worked at full blast; so we were unable to use it for the whole 10 day trip. Otherwise the amenities were fine. Nice to have air conditioning even in Fall. Limited consumable supplies, bring your own tp, paper towels, dish soap etc….
