Bus runs to Town hall frequently but it’s only a 10 minute walk to trains. Williams St side is at busy intersection and opposite the Strand Hotel, but didn’t get disturbed by noise, only heard the occasional fire engine. Rooms on the other side apparently have great views.

The property is clean, neat and the room is just spacious for two. Excellent staff service, only our room heater was not heating up much. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and at 1-2min distance as well. Incase if you are looking for a short business trip or just have enough time to go around Sydney CBD then this hotel is safe and easy option. Incase of a shorter trip to go around Sydney CBD areas like China town, circular quay etc, then a hotel in the city centre would be perfect as lite rails run every 5-10mins and it’s time saving other than waiting for a bus.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Staff and service was excellent, and very close and walking distance to major iconic sights. Had an amazing room overlooking the Harbour and Opera House. However, furniture was a little dated and could do with modernising. Furthermore, it would be useful to have USB ports in all rooms for that added convenience. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommended to other visitors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and amazing view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House (level 21). The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Could do with a bit of updating and there wasn't any room service but overall, a good stay.

It was dissapointing that the sauna was out if order. The area with the sauna and steam room had a very unpleasant smell of mouldiness/dirt?
