Appartments Sommer FEWO 4

Im Inserat wurde nicht beschrieben, dass sich die Schlafräume im Untergeschoß befinden. Es gab kaum Tageslicht und es roch leicht muffig. Die Agentur hat sich trotz anzeigen leichter Schäden nicht zurück gemeldet. Eine Reparatur wurde trotz Ankündigung nicht ausgeführt. Es wurde uns nur ein Objektschlüssel übergeben.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es war an alles gedacht und sehr zweckmäßig. VG Familie Sasse

Unterkunft mit kleinen yMängeln.

Man lernt immer wieder dazu. Was man in der Anzeige als Souterain bezeichnet sind in Wahrheit Kellerräume ( Schlafzimmer, Bad und Gästezimmer). Die übrigen Zimmer im EG wurden offensichtlich kürzlich renoviert und befinden sich in einem guten Zustand. Für die weißen Holzfenster sollte einmal ein Topf Farbe spendiert werden.
