Klein, aber nicht ganz fein

Positiv: Lage, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Kommunikation (jedoch mit Abzügen: unbeantwortete E-Mail, nicht eingehaltenes Versprechen mit dem Spannbetttuch). Weniger positiv: Matratze leider ziemlich heruntergekommen (große „unappetitliche“ Flecken etc., Auflage unsauber und mit Unmengen an Tierhaaren drauf - zum Verständnis: wir haben uns für eigene Wäschepakete entschieden, deshalb sind wir damit konfrontiert worden; Duschkabine sehr eng und leider undicht, der Wasserabfluss war auch gestört.
