The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 60 m² for up to 4 people. Equipment: The apartment has two fold-out wall beds in the wall unit in the living room (lying area 75x195cm each). A couch set and a dining area complete the furnishings. Two balconies adjoin the living room. From the west balcony you have a clear view of the sea. The south-facing balcony also offers a view of the sea and an interesting view of the pedestrian zone Friedrichstrasse. In the hallway is the kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has two separate single beds (90x190). There is a window in the shower room. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt.
