Perfect location. Walking distance to all you want to see and dine. Courteous staff. Room was spotless. This may be silly to some but best water pressure of any hotel room in last 40 years!

They were extremely accommodating for my request for a ground floor with parking right in front of my room. In the lobby was all kinds of extra items like Keurig creamer, sugar towels, etc., that you could come and get extra if needed they were extremely attentive. Rooms were very clean and updated. Lots of food options as well as 3 great breweries in walking distance. There is many hiking options close by!

We loved our quick stop in Sylva. I loved that there was a code and no key. The communication via email and text was wonderful. The room was spotless and very accommodating. The rockers were a terrific way to rock away the stress of traveling. If you want comfort and quiet, this is the place.

Hotel Sylva is in a cute location and the owners have done a great job with the remodel. Our room was nicely decorated but smelled like fresh paint, the ac never cooled and the shower was only hot. We were only there for a night so we never complained. I think tge hotel is good for the town but slightly over priced.
