The house consists of two independent units connected by a large semi-covered veranda, the heart of the communal space. The first unit includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious triple bedroom with direct access to the garden. The second unit which are linked by an external staircase, spread over two levels, features a small living room on the ground floor and a bedroom with a private bathroom on the upper floor, offering open views of the sea and lighthouse. The veranda hosts a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a dining area with an outdoor kitchen. An authentic place for those who wish to experience the wild beauty of Plemmirio.



Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi connection, and outdoor parking.



Being immersed in nature, the presence of animals and insects is normal. The house is offered as a short-term rental: breakfast and daily housekeeping are not provided.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could desire. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the most beautiful equipped beaches to explore include Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, named after its natural freshwater springs and the distinctive white color of the sand. Within the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Venturing further south, about 30 km away, you will find stunning unspoiled beaches such as Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Reserve, and the beautiful San Lorenzo.

For culture enthusiasts, must-see attractions include the Greek Theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park featuring the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical, cultural, and scenic beauty. Other highlights include Noto, the Avola seafront with its tuna fishery, and the charming fishing village of Marzamemi. Syracuse is 14 km away by car, while Catania Airport can be reached in about an hour. The property extends over 29,000 square meters, with a fenced area of 3,000 square meters available to guests. The nearest bathing spot (rocky coast) is about 800 meters away, accessible via scenic trails.
