Clean, comfortable bed, slow draining sink, local team events so the hallways were a little noisy in the evening. Convenient location. Good breakfast, although no variety of hot items.

This hotel was cute! You can tell it was a little old but the quality of cleanliness and staff kindness made up for it. The breakfast wasn't anything crazy, it had limited options. The elevator is also very old but it was just enough for what I needed for the night.

I would love to leave a good review, but honestly due to some things that occurred, I simply cannot. My boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend to attend a Syracuse Basketball game. Upon getting ready we immediately were hit with a clogged shower that spewed dirt and hair out of the drain (I have a video If wanted). Also the water coming out of our sink was brown not allowing me to use it. I did not complain at the time because we were in a rush and really do not like confrontation, but after thinking about the situation for the past week, we think it is best to say something. Again, I have pictures and videos If you want to see. Please reach out so we can sort this situation out.

Overall not so good. It’s clean , but room very old, carpet in pieces and curl up, tripping hazard. Not even one piece! very noisy AC, has to turn off, otherwise can not sleep, bed very hard, wall very thin. Staff not seem happy, food for breakfast very limited.

Stayed here 2 years ago on way to Arizona. Staff here were so friendly and accommodating that when we went thru New Mexico this year we made sure to go back. Great Hotel, great breakfast , very clean but staff is what brought us back.
