The room was clean. In-room coffee was all decaf but I didn't bother to request real coffee. Refrigerator was not very cold but things didn't spoil over the short time I was there. I suspect that, like me, people choose this one for the lower rate than the nearby hotels. It is fine.

There was a sports bar/restaurant (Tullys) and. Dunkin within walking distance. Hotel staff were not overly friendly. Not rude, just didn’t go out of their way to be friendly

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast needs more options like home fries and bacon. The room needs renovations; the carpets need to be replaced, the bathroom had no handle bars for the towels. I had a suite and there was no sink or actual kitchenette. The room could use more seating for dining….

Hotel was fairly clean, beds comfortable, good cable TV. We had great water pressure in the shower but the tub drained very very slowly. A five minute shower had water up past the ankles. Rooms could absolutely do with a refresh and updating. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Wrong room

First of all never had a hotel charge me before I arrived and then cancel my booking without calling me or try contacting me, therefore had to call to find out wrong billing info was input so corrected over the phone and was charged before I arrived and then I arrive and it’s the wrong room! They wind up putting me in the room I needed but clearly was a back up room as fridge didn’t work neither did half the outlets. But again when I booked it initially I said pay at property and not sure why I was charged before I even arrived.
