Marisol is a modern villa by the sea in Fontane Bianche, a popular seaside resort south of Syracuse. Set in a quiet residential complex, the property boasts a fabulous sea front location and an exclusive terrace with Jacuzzi, bbq area and garden. The cosy interior is all on one level and includes a living room with sofa (bed), kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a second shower in the laundry room. Tastefully furnished with attention to detail, the functional interior comes with air/conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Sicily’s most beautiful south-eastern towns are only a few minutes drive away from Marisol, such as Syracuse, the baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, but also Taormina and the Mount Etna Park. While the long, sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is just one kilometre away.

Das Meer genießen

Sehr schön. Eine Ferienwohnung für den heißen Sommer.Draußen im Schatten sitzen und den ganzen Tag immer wieder ins Wasser springen. Man kann gut vom Haus zum Wasser gehen - kein Sandstrand, Felsenküste - , das geht sehr gut. Für Kinder nicht geeignet. Aber es gibt im Ort Sandstrände. Die Wohnung ist etwas klein. Für schlechtes Wetter nicht so geeignet.
