The Space:
Located on the first floor of a historic building, the main apartment is spread over two levels, accessible both by elevator and a characteristic stone staircase. Designed for the comfort of all our guests, some spaces are designed to eliminate architectural barriers, also accommodating guests with disabilities.
On the first level, you will find:
A bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
A double bedroom (convertible into two single beds upon request).
A modern bathroom with shower.
On the second level, you will find:
A second double bedroom (also convertible into single beds).
An additional bathroom with shower and laundry room.
A small, furnished panoramic terrace, reserved exclusively for guests.
Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and an LED TV to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment, located on the first floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. The apartment offers two private bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms. You can enjoy city views from the balcony.
The Neighborhood:
Dione Design Apartments is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). For your convenience, we recommend parking at the nearby Talete Parking lot, easily accessible by following the road signs without crossing the ZTL.
Getting Around:
The property is located a short distance from public parking lots, such as Talete Parking. The area is well served by buses connecting to various parts of the city and major tourist attractions. Syracuse train station is easily accessible, offering connections to other cities in Sicily. The closest airport is Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, about an hour's drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
