A very new modern and comfort apartment which combines the high aesthetics with the functionality of its benefits, in the centre of the town, welcome you to stay and discover the beauties of our island and to offer you a beautiful and relaxing time.
Literally, in the centre of the town, since it is sitted in the Old Marcket, 20 metres from the port nd 50 metres from the Main Square of Syros, it makes easy your tour in town, even for professional purposes.
The space
The apartment consists of an open plan living room - kitchen - dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It also has an inner courtyard at the back side and two balconies at the front one, overlooking the main market street.
The living room has a three-seater sofa that becomes a comfortable double bed with a built-in mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary white appliances, with cooking utensils and small appliances.
In the bedroom the bed is king size double with anatomical mattress and can be converted into two singles, at the request of the occupants.
The bathroom has a washing machine.
There are two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
All rooms have air conditioning and additional natural renewal of the atmosphere with ceiling fans.
The balcony doors have double glazing for better thermal and sound insulation as well as screens for protection during the natural renewal of the air in the room.
