It wasn't a bad stay by any means. Everything is clean. The casino is excellent. The service was strong. But this place needs to decide what it is. If you're gonna be a four-star price, you need four-star amenities. This place doesn't have that. If you're gonna be a three-star property, the price needs to be lowered considerably. There's potential here.

It was just “ok”. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, the lights in the room worked at night but not in the morning so we had to get ready in basically the dark… the bathroom light was the only working light in the morning. We checked out and were charged twice for the room so I had to call and have them fix it. Probably won’t be back. The beds were decent/comfortable and that was the only saving grace.

Room was great! Very clean and modern. We wished water bottles were provided in the room so we didn’t have to go to the bar to get water. We called the desk to ask for water, women over the phone said we could get some at the front desk but when we arrived another women said we had to go to the bar… there was also no paper cups in the room so we could take coffee to go or put water in them with ice. We also wished the hotel would’ve informed us about different things for our stay- such as you should definitely make reservations at the roof top bar, and there would be a separate $150 fee for damage holdings, we didn’t receive anything from them after booking.. also thought it was strange that there’s valet in the parking garage, but not when you pull up to the entrance of the casino? I like the location, you’re not very far from everything. However, I would not walk right outside the hotel. Overall the room was great.
