Hi, I'm leaving this terrible review because I tried to contact the hotel that same evening to inform them that I needed to cancel my room, but no one answered. I contacted Expedia and your online service, and you also tried to reach the hotel, without success. As a result, I was charged for a hotel night that I didn't use. ( I have pictures of my conversation with you guys )

Staff was pleasant. The room was clean enough and it was quiet. The breakfast looked liked the breakfast many different hotels offer. But i could not eat anything no matter that i was hungry and needed the energy it would have provided me. The reason?????? The BLOODY FEMININE HYGIENE PAD outside the front doors! I was polite when i told the front desk about seeing it. She acted horrified ( just as i was) i even offered to clean it up if she had a plastic bag and gloves. She said no, that she would handle it. By check out at 11 am the bloody pad was still outside the front door and she was NOT BUSY. BESIDES IT BEING A HAZARDOUS MATERIAL, it was just nauseating to have to keep walking by it. It would have taken a minute maybe 2 to clean up. Hours? And nothing? That is unacceptable.

Same menu for Fri-Monday. Only warm dish was waffles or biscuits and gravy. I asked for 2 packets of oatmeal and was told by staff that I can only have one. They refused to clean my room on day 3 only offered to give us clean towels. Lobby was cold and staff wore heavy coats. Homeless all around us. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

There was a dirty dumped sheets on the 5th floor hallway (right in front of the elevator) for the whole stay, and it was disgusting. The truck sound woke me up around 4am and kept me awake since. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at this place. The room itself was cleaned, roomy, it had two person sofa so that was nice

The heater started to smell like it was burning. The smell got so bad we had to leave at four in the morning when I told the opposite attendant nothing was done as like offering another room or a discount or anything. I’m sure it wasn’t their fault. They were very polite and gave us breakfast as it was grabbed and go even though we were early, which was very nice. I’m sure it is hotel policy. But I just found that very disturbing especially when they take a deposit plus the room is 150 bucks. The idea is great, but honestly, there’s other cheaper options.
