Authentic 90 m² holiday cottage , rated 3 stars and accommodating 1 to 6 people , nestled in a characterful house dating back to 1680. Located in the former outbuildings of the Château du Comte de La Garaye, this independent, south-facing cottage is situated in a peaceful hamlet , offering a calm and serene environment. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Dinan region of Brittany, with a strategic location for discovering the Emerald Coast , Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel, and even Cap Fréhel.
On the ground floor, the 45 m² space includes a pleasant living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a TV lounge.
On the first floor, also 45 m², you will find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as two separate toilets. Each room is equipped with two single beds of 80 x 200, which can be combined according to the needs of the occupants, transformed into a double bed of 160 x 200. A baby cot, high chair and small bath are also available free of charge and on request.
Outside, a private enclosed garden awaits, equipped with a pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue for relaxing moments outdoors. For an even more luxurious experience, opt for our jacuzzi, available as an option for €90 per week from June to September.
