This exclusive flat with about 75 square meters of net dwelling area and an ample balcony in the attic of our house, located in a bucolic village near the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd, offers everything for a pleasant sojourn. It consists of a large, homely living room with an ample balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 2x1m and walk-in wardrobe and a second bedroom with a 2x1m single bed, a spacious kitchen with dining corner, an optimally equipped bathroom with separate WC. All rooms have sun-blinds.
