We arrived late in the property since we came from the North (Bulacan) and travelled to the South. Good thing I was able to call the property and informed them that we'll be late. Please note, that the number in here isn't the updated one. The updated one I was able to find in their website. So please update the number here Hotels.com.
As described the hotel was an ancestral home converted to a hotel. The room isn't new or modern, but it has a cozy and comfortable feel to it. I like that there's a small balcony that has a big leafy mango tree in view. It gives a private vibe despite situated along the busy streets of Maharlika. The property is in conveniently placed in the heart of great restaurants and coffee shops in Maharlika which was a plus for us. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the bidet had little to no pressure. We opted to use the shower head as an alternative, but the water is leaking on the shower head which made things a bit difficult. I hope they look into this. But overall, it was still a great stay and experience for me and my partner. 😊
This place is run down and ready to be closed. The air conditioner was so loud it could drown out a Mac truck. The speaker in the TV was cracked for other people trying to hear it over the air conditioner. There was little to no water pressure and no hot water. Owner said it was a city service problem but spoke to other people staying in nearby hotels and none had water pressure issues.
Basically had to resort to sponge baths. No maid service. There reason the floors have black tile is so you cannot see the dirt but washing your feet show the dirt.
The owner was nice enough but that does not make up for the terrible conditions.
I recommend that you avoid this place. It's ready to go out of business. Just wish I could get my money back.

Good for overnight stay
Interiors and utilities can be improved. But all in all, the place was satisfactory. Very near restaurants and a 7-11.

Just right for a quiet family trip. It's very near to the most important places in Tagaytay City.
The owner was very accomodating. The location and place itself was great.

Great location!
The hotel is owned be a married couple. They are very accommodating. The place is homey. We got the family room. The room is big and fits us reqlly well. We are 5 adults and 3 kids. My only concern was tge air conditioning in the room is only one. It would be great if they can offer a fan to make sure that the whole room is cool.
I enjoyed my stay at twin pine suites. The room was spacious and clean. The cabinet has enough space. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks and a bath tub. The hot and cold water work well.
I went during peak season (holy week) and felt that the rates were higher than usual. It cost me 3800 per night and I stayed for 3 nights. Based on my experience with other hotels, 2500- 2700 would have been a fair price per night.
The booking process was a breeze. One time payment - no hassles. There is a beautiful garden that I could see from my bedroom or balcony.
The owner and his wife were very nice and helpful. The area is surrounded by restaurants so there is plenty of choice for food. The location is just opposite to ArmyNavy.
There are 5 rooms in total so I guess it was a house converted into a hotel.
There are books and magazines available in the room and at the reception.
The aircon is old and noisy but the weather was cool so we never needed to use it. We enjoyed the cool breeze coming from the window and the balcony. There is a small cafe at the ground floor where breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am.
I do not eat meat and the owner was very accomodating in providing breakfast of my choice.
There is a small flat tv with cable channels which we did not use much as we wanted time away from our usual lives. I slept for many long hours peacefully and felt relaxed after waking up in the morning.
Thank you Mr and Mrs Robert for hosting us.
