Olive Sanctuary by Tiny Away
Summary:
Forget the usual tourist path — at Olive Sanctuary, you’ll sip olive leaf tea, explore lush groves, and witness sustainable farming up close. Enjoy eco-friendly farming in a sustainable tiny house getaway on an organic olive farm in Victoria. With no urban distractions, you’ll reconnect with nature, learn about organic farming, and enjoy a minimalistic lifestyle. Unwind with breathtaking views and witness sustainable agriculture in action.
The Space:
Olive Sanctuary is just 2 hours from Melbourne in the rural town of Taggerty. It’s a farm stay experience within an olive grove overlooking a peaceful dam. Watch kangaroos in their natural habitat, take in the vast open spaces, and explore nearby attractions like Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, Stevenson Falls, Lake Eildon, Cathedral Range State Park, and Rainforest Gallery. Stay in a tiny house that blends sustainable living with the raw beauty of Victoria’s countryside.
A comfortable, 139-square-foot accommodation is set in one of the best tiny house rentals and serene locations with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water by using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.
If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaway here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!
