The location and ability to walk around this hotel were definitely the highlights. It has such a nice location for the lake, and it's in a great area for walking and exploring. The room was okay. Our shower was not cleaned, which was slightly gross. The worst part was the noise. The walls are PAPER thin and you can seriously hear EVERYTHING. We had drunk neighbors coming in around 11 PM just being ridiculously loud in the hallway. The next night we had a cat meowing profusely. The noise was not good. It's a really good looking hotel, but it definitely has some big flaws.

I had a fantastic stay at evo Hotel Tahoe! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel has a modern yet cozy design, with lots of thoughtful details that make the atmosphere feel both stylish and comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped - everything felt brand new and carefully maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the little touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. The location is perfect: close to the lake, great restaurants, and plenty of outdoor activities. It’s clear that the hotel is designed with both adventure and relaxation in mind. Overall, evo Hotel Tahoe exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to coming back again!

I was disappointed that there were no wash rags, only face towels and bath towels. Of 4 bath towels only 1 was free from stain. The remaining 3 looked dingy and some may even say dirty. I didnt want to think to hard about it. For a brand new hotel. I would be sure to have bight white towels and wash rags are a must.

Tahoe City is the place to be. evo has a great location and staff. Restaurant and bar is fine plus you can easily walk to more places to eat and shop. Location looks at Lake Tahoe on the front and a golf course on the back with golfers, dogs, incoming geese and duck. We loved it.

The room had a strong cleaning scent that was hard to air out. The outdoor spaces were cute even though they were right on the roadway. It was quite walkable, and loved crossing the street to go down the stairs and right to the lake!

Lovely hotel for a very relaxed stay on the lake. Room was very quiet and beds extremely comfortable. Easy to launch paddleboards across the street, super dog friendly, we have only good things to say about the Evo Hotel and will definitely be back.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Bar and restaurant next door are also owned by the hotel which was nice. Price is high for room types compared to other high end hotels but everything was clean and service was great! Would recommend.

The rooms were adequate for the price. I didn’t like the motion sensors though. If I needed to get up to use the bathroom the lights would turn on and disturb my wife. I understand the concept of not wanting to waists power but that wasn’t pleasant. Other wise the rooms were ok. They do need to add wash cloths to the towels.

I really wish I could have stayed here more than one night. The staff was so friendly. The hotel includes a restaurant, sauna, and lounge areas with gas fire pits. Right behind it is a golf course and the best part is the view of Lake Tahoe in front of the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Most beautiful city I have ever been. I loved every second.
