The staff is fantastic, the kingdom room was great, the ground are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was great and exercise room serviceable. It reminds me of a smaller version of the Grand Floridian.

Our experience at the hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The pool area food and bar service was poor, slow, and not up to the standard you’d expect from Disney. The food overall was not good and extremely overpriced. The “Magical Breakfast” was the biggest letdown. We were seated in the back corner and felt racially segregated, treated very differently compared to other families. The food was subpar, and the character experience was rushed—barely a minute for a photo with just two characters. If you’re travelling from countries like Australia, be prepared that you may not receive the same treatment as other guests. This was not the magical Disney experience we had hoped for.

Be wary if you are not Asian. The staff have a focus on ignoring westerners. The grounds around the resort are immaculate, and the attention to detail is incredible. A pity the staff are not trained to offer the same attention to detail to the patrons of this resort. We were alienated in the restaurants and treated as second class. The food and beverages prices here are well and truly over inflated and I’m sure that when Walt Disney created the Happiest place on Earth he did it with the intention of not ripping people off which sadly isn’t the case here.

Experienced Bed bugs Vs mosquitoes in a room. Staff response was ok we changed rooms with no issue and they swept the room but they found no evidence of insects but the bites stopped after we changed room. They offered my kids some Disney themed stuff animals for the inconvenience . Other wise location is good if you plan To go to Disney rooms were ok but dates pool and gym were nice.

A beautiful well kept hotel that is within a 10 minute scenic walk to Disneyland. The only downside for me was the lack of a convenience style store to allow for the purchase of small food items as I found the restaurant's to be overly reliant on set menu's that were too large. The hotel would benefit by considering those who don't always want to spend big on 3 meals a day.
