Good for surrounding but not the room

The location is excellent that it is very closed to the train station. Catching buses is convenient. The room is fair. The size is very small. Air conditioner is not powerful. Only one power plug next to the bed. Lot of mosquito. No fridge.

Location very good, so convenient. The staffs attend so kindly. The Room's amenity and cleaness are not so good, and no-windows. I think I got what I paid for.

The hotel room was clean with good facilities. Will be even better if it come with a mini fridge. Conveniently located. Close to Taichung Station and Bus Station. There was food outlets along the road where the hotel was. Miyahara Ice Cream, Shin Sei Bashi Hotel and Fourth Credit Union were also on the same road north of the hotel. The Culture Heritage Park was just a 9 mins walk away. Price of room was value for money.

The ventilation of the room not very good. The aircon fan is broken. At night, there are mosquitoes in the room. The glass door in the toilet room are shaking. Location wise, is near to the railway station but far from the center. So not recommended.

Booking was not received.

They did not received my booking for some reason. I was put up in one of their sister hotels. The other hotel (DOUBLE PRETTY HOTEL) was not bad. It was clean. But the room was small. Call them to ensure they received your booking prior to arriving.

Warm, friendly, helpful staff and value for money

Generally, I'm happy with my stay. Staff performance was excellent, location is good, easy access to public transport, nice and simple room, but smelly drainage although the room and toilet was very clean. Perhaps the hotel management should look into this matter.

There was some smoking smells even if, it's non smoking room.... However, the cost of room is very cheaply and nearby the Taichung train station .

Hotel was close to the Taichung station, which made it easy to hop on the train to Taipei. The room was clean but quite dated - it also had an odd smell to it. The front desk didn't show much hospitality.
