We had a wonderful stay at the Broadway Hotel. The manager, Lucy, went over and above and exceeded our expectations. The staff, Gab and Renelle, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was beautiful, and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good. Overall, we had a great experience.

Very impressed with their cleanliness, staff service, thoughtful little details eg complementary daily snacks and bottled water, and toiletries, slippers, laundry bag etc. They have great, reliable and easily accessible free shuttle buses between hotels within their resorts, and between Taipa and Macau. We enjoyed our 1 week stay very much. We will definitely return.

The Broadway is a lovely quiet hotel, the staff are so kind, friendly and cannot do too much for you. Its location is good to access the larger hotels and transport systems to all the sites and areas . I had an 11 night stay and would not hesitate in recommending this hotel

The location is good even though it’s further away from the main building; there’s a bridge connected to it and just 5 min walk. Public transit is very convenient along with the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. We had hiccup when check in because one of the rooms was delayed few times before it’s ready. We were frustrated at the beginning but the manager, Carmen, found out the reason and explained to us eventually since they needed extra time to clear the smell in the room. She apologized sincerely to us with complimentary wine and snacks. Staffs are friendly and strive their best to make sure our stay is comfortable. My family enjoyed it and definitely will come back next time.
